HR Tech Conference/CARCO’s Onboarding Solution

We were happy to be in the Windy City exhibiting at the 15th Annual HR Technology Conference. It was great meeting all who stopped by our booth! The one important “need”  that we heard over and over again was for a robust post-hire onboarding solution and we were so excited to discuss and demo our automated solution! We already have many demos scheduled.

The missing link for the HR professionals we spoke with is what to do with the hiring process once the applicant is identified and hired. Many complained that too many “hands” were touching the applicant from that point on with no real way to keep the process organized.  We were excited to show them how CARCO’s Onboarding Solution interfaces with any ATS and automates the hiring process from the application and hire letter all the way through the life cycle of the employee.  Our Onboarding Solution organizes the process by delivering proactive e-mail notification to complete tasks AND provides an e-signature capability. We can stand up all your documents in the process (employment application, FCRA authorization forms, and other pre-hire and post-hire documents).  We also demonstrated how CARCO’s Onboarding Solution also tracks and manages the pre-employment screening process (NDA’s, I-9/E-Verify checks, background checks, drug testing/scheduling, etc.).

And last, but not least, we were able to show them how CARCO’s automated Onboarding Solution eliminates the paper based new hire process, saves time and money associated with data entry, provides complete electronic document management, and utilizes a completely configurable and scalable workflow and rules-based job engine.  It’s a win-win all around!  And it’s a green solution!

If you missed the show and are interested in CARCO’s e-friendly management process, call us at 866-557-5984 or visit our website at www.carcogroup.com.  We look forward to hearing from you.  We’ve got the solution! Give us a call!
