I know we promised to provide information on efficient, time saving, and cost effective hiring applications and processes. However, I have decided to postpone that blog because a recent issue with a trusted vendor got me to thinking about the importance of superior customer service. The process of choosing a vendor and partner is usually a long one, consisting of an RFP process, presentations, and face-to-face meetings. Making the right choice is so important because the wrong decision can be costly to a company and cause a great deal of interruption to daily business processes.
